What are Black Truffle Slices?

We meticulously slice and preserve our fresh truffles at their prime, ensuring maximum flavor. Black Summer Truffles (Tuber aestivum) are typically available only from June to August, but our advanced preservation process extends their life for up to 18 months. This allows you to indulge in the remarkable taste of truffle throughout the entire year.

We hand-select the highest quality truffles, slicing them into 2mm thick pieces. These slices are then soaked in a salt brine to amplify their natural flavor and preserved in rich olive oil.
